Yesterday I placed an order with you guys to be shipped at the second day rate. Then right after I submitted my order I stumbled upon another item from your store I wanted and I ordered that too, but it was too inexpensive to justify the cost of the two day shipping rate.
I was just about to write you guys and ask if you couldn’t throw the second order, which is small in size, into the box the first order is being shipped in so I could get it sooner rather then later, but you had already done that without me even asking!

Body: I had asked for 2nd day air shipping and when I got my confirmation, they had put ground shipping on it. I called and was advised by a very nice representative that since I was in Florida they only use ground because I would get it in 2 days anyway. That was very good because they could have kept the extra money I had paid for shipping.
I will definitely buy from them again.
