All returns for refund must be returned
within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be in new and unused condition, with
the original packaging. Customer will pay the shipping for the returned item.
The item should be shipped so that you are able to track the item, and insure
it, as you are responsible if the item does not arrive to us. If you received
an item that didn’t fit, please include the correct size you want. If you received the wrong item, or a defective item, tell us what item in your order was incorrect. Please print and include a copy of this form with your return or exchange along with a copy of your invoice. Allow 7-10 days from the time we receive your return for refund to process it. Once we issue a refund to your credit card it will show up on your statement in 3-5 days.
We have a restocking fee of 15% for items returned for a refund.
There is no restocking fee for size exchanges.
