No Return Authorization Number is required, just be sure your order number is included. The order number is at the top of the invoice "Order helmetsrus-43500 for helmetsrus.com"

PLEASE be sure to check your order for sizing, color and quantity before you complete the ordering process. It's very common to overlook "SELECTING" a size when ordering.

RESTOCKING FEE 15%:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase follow our return policy to send your order back. We have a 15% restocking fee for items returned for a refund. No restocking fee on exchange for size same style helmet. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of shipping back to us and we will pay the return shipping on size exchanges.

If you need to return an item for any reason, please include a copy of the order form or invoice, and fill out the return/exchange form. If you cannot print the return form just include a note telling us what you would like done.

SIZE EXCHANGES
Size exchanges must be done within 14 days of receipt of the helmet. Returns for refund must be done within 30 days. Returns after 30 days will receive a store credit only and must be used within one year. Use your UPS tracking number or the date on the post mark to determine the date you received your helmet.

Upon receiving helmets please try them on immediately before removing any manufacturer's tags or labels, so that we are still able to offer it for sale as a NEW item should you decide to exchange it.

There is no restocking fee for size exchanges.

Be sure to wrap all helmets before placing them back in the manufacturer's box (if you received one) to avoid scuffing, and enclose all manufacturer's materials.

We cannot accept the return of used, scuffed or scratched helmets, so it is highly recommended that you carefully repack your helmet as it was shipped to you.

No Shipping & Handling fee will be charged for size exchanges. You cover Shipping & Handling back to us and we will pay the Shipping & Handling back to you.

REFUNDS
No refunds on worn, scuffed or damaged helmets. If we cannot sell a returned item as new, we will return it to you and charge your credit card for the cost of the return shipping, a minimum $9.95.
